When you first walk in you notice how clean and nicely decorated the office space is and was greeted with friendly faces from all the secretaries. I was seen within a timely matter of my appointment. The lady who took my X-rays made me feel comfortable and asked about all my concerns. Also the hygienist Steven made me feel comfortable always checking to see if I had any discomfort during the cleaning process. Dr. Naguib listened to my concerns and explained everything very clearly. I didn’t feel rushed and my concerns were addressed. Glad to have found this gem. I highly recommend getting treatment here.

This is one of the best dentist offices in Lancaster. The receptionist were nice and very much appreciated. Very professional and a good experience about this dentist. The nurses and the orthodontist really do what they need to do to get you right. And the wait time was not even that long.

Very friendly people. Always receive you with a smile. Doctors are very gentle and caring for their clients. Definitely recommend this dentist. Front desk workers, Sarah and Katie , are very helpful and kind hearted. They make me feel at home. I personally think that this dentist have fair prices as well. Compared to others I’ve been to.

I had an amazing experience with karim Naguib and their entire team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable. The Dr. karim Naguib took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the treatment plan. They were gentle, professional, and genuinely cared about my comfort throughout the procedure. I appreciated how thorough and precise the cleaning and examination were. I’ve always been anxious about going to the dentist, but this visit completely changed that. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist!

Dr. Naguib did a fantastic job replacing my missing front tooth. I had knocked it out in an accident at work 3 years ago and had never had it replaced with an implant due to fears I had about the surgery. After consulting with Dr. Naguib and his wonderful staff they put my mind at ease and I got the implant done. Wow what a difference! I’m really kicking myself now for not getting it done sooner. It looks like my accident never ever happened and I can now eat just like I did before the accident and my self confidence is now great! Thank you Dr. Naguib for your expertise in this area and bringing me back to normal.
